How to create a graphic survey report?

Can I make a survey report that shows a graphic of survey answer against a goal amount? Can cumulative answers for questions asked monthly be shown graphically on a report?

However, you mentioned that you want to create a report that compares it to a goal, to guide you better, can you share the URL of the form that you're working on? I have not yet started to create a form, because I want to be sure it can be done before I do so.

This is to measure KPIs. We will send out a survey monthly to each program director asking specific numerical questions. I want them to be able to SEE a graphic of their cumulative progress in a report. I also want them to SEE a graphic of their goal number next to that month's cumulative number.

For example, let's say we ask as a monthly survey question "the number of new foster care placements this month" in March, and the program's goal is 100 new placements per year. I would like March's report to the program director to show a graph of the cumulative number of placements (Jan + Feb + March), which were gotten with surveys in the previous months, as well as graph of the goal number for the year (100).

Is this possible to do with JotForm?

To confirm, when you say "placement", are you referring to the number of survey submissions that you receive? For example, you want to record the number of surveys that you receive each month and total them per month. Is this what you are trying to achieve?

If so, yes, this is possible using Jotform, but you will need to create a monthly survey form using one 1 form. This way, you can easily extract the data that you need for your Visual Report.

I want to show the cumulative total of THEIR ANSWERS to the survey questions, NOT the number of responses. Respondants would answer each question just once per month on identical monthly surveys. There would only be 1 respondant per survey per month, because each respondent would have a different survey, tailored to their program.

For example, a survey to the bookselling department may say, "How many books did you sell this month?" The respondent would answer "4,000". They get the same survey the next month. The respondent answers "6,000". They get the same survey the following month. THe respondent answers, "2,000".

Question: Can JotForm create a graph for a report that shows the CUMULATIVE TOTAL of 4,000+6,000+2,000 (which equals 12,000)?

Question: In the report, can JotForm show this cumulative total next to the goal number of 100,000 books sold?

Yes, it is possible to get the total amount of the answers from your form fillers. For example, you can get the 2,000 + 1,000 + 3,000 = 6,000 book sold and the can also create a summary graph with this information. Here is my demo form you check it out. Here is a Jotform table's link you can go through. On my form, I've added a Number field, with the default value of 10,000. On the table, I used this formula.
