I work for a small company with about about 150-300 employees. I really need to send out a form I created and wanted to understand how the process work. Would I be able to embed a link into an email of the created form) but how is the data tracked?

Yes, it is possible to embed a link in an email. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select Publish from the orange navigator.
2. Under Quick Share, click on Copy Link to copy your form URL.

Regarding the subscription plan for your company, it really depends on your usage limit. For example, if the 1000 monthly submission limit is enough for your usage requirements, I would recommend the Bronze Plan. But if you need more than the Bronze usage limits, you may want to upgrade to the Silver or Gold Plan. For more information, check Features and Pricing.
