My account is still not working properly

    My account is letting me in but then telling me that I cannot publish my form because I am suspended . However I did receive an email saying it has been reinstated. Please look into it. Thank you Joanna

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help because your 24195580339062 form is collecting login credentials which is against our Terms of Use.

    I have just tried to sign in and got the message my account is suspended! You keep telling me that the form has been cleaned up, but it is the same message for the third time. Here is what I just got after trying to sign in! Account Suspendedjotform.com2 other people say they cleaned up the form, how is that possible, that the same form is causing problems.     Hi Joanna,

    Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form 241695580339062 that was tagged as form phishing. We understand that this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    We did check your form, and it looks like there's no violation, so we've reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.
