I had changed my renewal to cancel as of this year as I am not using Jotform (see my letter from 8/21/23). It has renewed. I'd like a refund and to have it canceled.

I've checked the details and found the account associated with it. I've gone ahead and canceled the subscription. We have processed the refund on our end as well. Expect the funds to be reflected in your account within 7–10 business days.
