Teammate Receives Error When Trying to Approve Submissions

Hey Team,

I'm having a problem with the approval workflow for my Reimbursement Request form. The process goes through myself and then my supervisor but the idea is that my supervisor can click through it pretty quickly. What's happening, however, is she'll receive an approval request, click on the "Approve" button and the first time she does it, no problems... goes through great. BUT, if she received a second form that same day (or close to) , she does the exact same thing but when she clicks on the "Approve" button, it shows her this:

Here's what the goal is... I need her to be able to approve the form quick and easily and preferably from the email sent and on her phone.

Any guidance or quick remedy here?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working as expected. I've tried to click on the Approve button on two separate submissions, but I was not able to see the redirection error. Check out my screencast below:

Could you check with your supervisor to see if she did click on the separate Approve buttons on the email? If she'd mistakenly clicked on the approve button she previously clicked on, that could result in the redirection error she encountered.

Also, I know that she prefers to approve the requests from the email, but a more user-friendly way to do this is to open the request directly in the Inbox. Simply click on the Go to Inbox button and instruct your supervisor to approve the request there.

In that way, she can also easily view and navigate the submissions.
