Filter doesn't apply to select all

    Hi,


    I tried applying a date filter to my emergency contact form and then selected all, saw that it said "72 out of 200 something" and clicked download original PDF. The file that was then emailed to me contained every single submitted form, not the 72 selected. Please advise.

    Hi Yochonon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After setting up the filter, did you select the files which you want to download? Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? After selecting the submission, you will see the Download button with the number of files. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
