Can I take payment through Jotform for a digital service without any delivery?

- Can I take payment through Jotform for a digital service but then not do any delivery (I'm seeing some platforms require a digital file attachment)?

Yes, you can take payment through Jotform and it is not required to do any delivery of attache digital file attachments. Collecting payments via Jotform is very easy, all you have to do is create a form and integrate it with one of the 40+ Payment Gateways that Jotform provides. Let me show you how to create a form and set up a Payment Integration:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form, and then select Start From Scratch.
2. Now, select Classic Form, and once your form is created, click on the Add Form Element menu on the top-left side of the page.
3. Add the fields that you want to have on your form, and then go to the Payments tab.
4. Select a Payment Gateway, and then click on Connect in the menu on the right side of the screen.

That's it. You can add products for users to select and complete the payment. You do not have to attach ant digital file attachment.
