    There are two very different user experiences happening depending on what type of device the customer is using.

    I've cleared the form cache in settings before testing.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form on both mobile and desktop and I was not able to find any difference. The link you shared for mobile doesn't work. Can you take a screenshot of what's happening and share it with our Support Forum so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with this? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Hi Diane, 

    I tested your form on an iPhone and Android devices but I was not able to reproduce the issue seen on the screen recording you shared. Check the screencasts below:

    I cleared the form cache, can you give it a try and see how it goes? Also, did you test the issue on multiple devices and browsers? Are you able to share the exact make and mode of the affected device/s?

    So that is not the exact same as what I was doing please do not check any
    boxes on the health questionnaire and make sure that it says that you
    qualify and keep going

    Do you still need help for this or is this already sorted out? I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but everything worked the way it should. As instructed, I did not checked anything on the health questionnaire. See the screencast below for my results.

    Hi Diane, 

    Can you ask your customers to give it another try now? If the issue persists, are you accessing the form from a website or are you redirected from a website to the form? If so, can you share the link to the website where the form is embedded or accessed from?

    I just tried it myself and it still redirected me. I'm going inside Jotform
    and clicking view form.

    I tested your form and was able to replicate the issue; however, after clearing the form cache, it seems that the issue was resolved. Here is my recording:

    working.

    I visited your form using an Android phone and selected the same options in the video that you shared, but I was unable to replicate the issue that you are having. Check out this screencast below:

    Can you try using a different mobile browser to see if you encounter the same error?

    Hello Diane,

    Could you please let us know the model of the device you are using and the version of the Chrome browser? Could you search for Chrome in the Google Play Store and update it if a newer version is available? Also, are you able to test using a different device?

    i tried it on my husbands iphone and got the same thing. he has a different model of iPhone but the form should work the same on any mobile device.

    Hi Diane,

    We will need to have both the model of the iOS device you are using and the software version, as well as the version of the Chrome browser that you are using, as we will be checking with our Developers if something is not compatible with a specific version so they can also make adjustments if possible.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Why don't we try a different format for the form. I've cloned the original form and taken it off cards and made pages. Once again I can't figure something out. the submit button doesn't appear if your BMI is greater than 40- the entire funnel just stops at the end of the webinar. If we can get this one working I'm fine with it being pages instead of cards.

    Hi Diane,

    I'm afraid we do not have an update yet, we have sent another update request and as soon as we hear from them, we will let you know. I was checking on your classic format of the form, the next button is not showing because of your conditions. For example, these two conditions:

    Since, you are already skipping to page 5, there is no need to add the second condition. Also, for the condition below, the next button is being hidden, thus, your users cannot proceed to the next page. You can remove the Hide Page Break 4 form the condition:

    Hi Diane,

    This is due to the below condition added to your form:

    I would suggest enabling the disabled Skip to/Hide page condition on your form and disabling the Show/Hide condition shown in the screenshot above. Also, note that the condition value will be based on the BMI value:

    In all my years I've never seen such horrible support. It's like you don't even read. I'm not talking about the less than 39 BMI I'm talking about GREATER THAN 39 BMI. just try it for gods sake before you're so quick to respond again with a BAD ANSWER.

    Hi Diane,

    I'm sorry for the confusion. As for the condition for the greater than 39 BMI, I suggest replacing it with the Skip to/Hide page condition as this works better for multipage forms. We can add a hidden Form calculation field to the 4th page in which the condition will get the BMI value. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, hover over to the fourth page and then add a Form Calculation field.
    2. On the Form calculation field, click on the Wand icon.
    3. On the Form Calculation Widget panel on the right, click on the Add Field button.
    4. On the dropdown menu, select Please enter your weight and height below field.
    5. Lastly, click the Save button.

    6. After that, click the field's Gear icon and then enable the Hide Field feature from the Advanced tab.

    7. Next, disable the Show/Hide field condition and replace it with the Skip to/Hide a Page condition below:
