How to handle the abandoned cart email?

- I'm thinking an abandoned cart email could be hard to pull off in Kajabi if the 2-step checkout is somewhere else. Do you guys handle the abandoned cart email, or how would that work?

Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not available. It is not possible to track the abandoned form or card. As a workaround, you can enable Save and Continue Later settings in the form to allow users to save their progress. It is easy to enable this feature, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab from the orange navigation bar.
2. Click the Form Settings on the left menu, and click on the Show More Options button.
3. Select Enable in the Save and Continue Later dropdown.

It will show a Save button on the form next to the submit button and clicking on it will ask the user to sign up or sign in. They can click the Skip Create an Account link and copy the session link or email it to their email address. They can use the session URL to continue from where they left off.
