Hi Jason,
To clarify, do you want to create a form with two tabs where one will collect the contact info and the other one will collect payment? You can create a multi-page form and add a Form Tabs widget to show tabs for each page. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Add a Form element for contact details. You can add Full Name, Email, and other elements.
- Add Page Break element to add a new page.
- Now, click on the Payment tab and add the Payment Element.
Now, let us add the Form Tabs widget to show the tab pages.
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Widgets tab.
- Search for the Form Tabs widget, and click on it to add.
- Click on the Wand icon.
- Add the name of the tab for each page in the Tab Titles box.
- Finally, click on the Update Widget button.
