Hi! This is my form. https://form.jotform.com/241691556864064
for example. In the first table, if someone chooses 1-2 in Science and Technology, then it is a low feedback review.
If someone chooses 3 from the dropdown in Science and Technology then it Moderate feedback review.
If someone chooses 4-5 from the dropdown in Science and Technology then it is a High feedback review.
I tried but, I found no option. Then I create another form https://form.jotform.com/241691979411061
But it reached to 100 questions. I am using a free jotform.

Hi Sumaira.abdulkarim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Although you can't apply a conditional logic to your submission table, as a workaround, you can create a conditional logic on your form to determine the feedback level of the user's response. I cloned your form, and applied the changes. Check out the screencast below:
As you can see, the feedback level changes every time I change the value in the Rating column. You can clone my demo form as a reference, or you can do it on your end. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
2. Drag, and drop Short Text widget on your form.
3. Click on the Widgets tab, and drag, and drop Form Calculation widget on your form.
4. Click on the Wand icon of your Form Calculation widget, and click on Add Field.
5. Click on your Input Table field.6. Tick the checkbox for your Science and Technology checkbox, and click on Done.
7. Click on Save.
8. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
9. Click on Update/Calculate field.10. Copy the condition settings below:
11. Click on Add Condition, and repeat the same steps above for all the feedback level.
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
