    Hi Support Team,

Is it possible to populate dropdown list items in Jotform with the data coming from your Google Spreadsheet?

At this stage, it seems that I manually need to enter each of them. For stock items as an example, I have over 100 different stock items that I need to manually add to the dropdown list, and this take far too long.

    Thank you,

    Frankey

    Hi Frankey,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the dropdown list options can only be populated manually via its field properties. There is no way to automatically populate the options of this field based on data from Google Sheets. But you can copy and paste them over in bulk. Let me show you how:

    1. Copy the items you have from Google Sheets.
    2. Now in Form Builder, select the dropdown element and click on the Gear icon to open Dropdown Properties.
    3. Navigate to Options tab and paste the copied items on the Options text box. Is it possible to populate dropdown list items from Google Spreadsheet? Image 1 Screenshot 20
