Cant find my form

Please help, it's not in any folder, team, or app, but it appears to be live: https://form.jotform.com/241644061838155

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form link you provided and could see it in your account. Can you try to search your form in the search box? Let me show you how:

1. In your My Forms page, type the keyword related to the form in the search box and press Enter.
2. Once done, you will then see the results and locate the form.
3. You can also try to check your Archive or Trash folder to see if the form is in there.
