Transferring survey form to a different account

Hi there

I am currently volunteering to help a charity set up a survey. I have been working using the free version of jotform to make the survey and they have the paid for version. I am looking to transfer all the survey scripting etc into their account so that they can use it and make any changes they wish to going forward.

is this possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it is possible to transfer a forms to another account. Let me show you how:

1. Log in to your Jotform account that you want to transfer the forms from.
2. Open a new ticket and create a request to move your forms.
3. In the ticket, list the form URLs that you’d like to move.
4. Include the username or email address of the account you want to transfer your forms and data.
5. Submit the ticket and wait — a representative will review your request shortly after and let you know once the transfer is complete.
