Cisco Meraki/Jot Form Issue, Country Block FIX

    I was experiencing issue with accessing my Jot Forms. I was able to discover that Cisco Meraki has an IP that Jot Form uses classified as a Taiwan IP. If you utilize Layer 7 Firewall rules/ Deny Countries you will want to make sure that Taiwan is not a part of the deny rule as you will not be able to access Jot Form. I was able to help another Merkai customer figure this out as well.

If so, can you share with us the forms' URL so we can check it for you? Also, do you encounter any error message when trying to access your forms? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
