Match up entries on other forms

Can you confirm that an entry ID is available across all form I have on Jotform? If so how to I match up these enteries?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the ID for each submission in all your forms, or the ID for your forms? Can you explain it a bit more so we can help you with it? Apologies I am new to using the system. Each of our record is assigned an ID (one of our columns) due to GDPR I can’t attached screenshots. Is this something that will carry onto other forms created?

Please note that each record is assigned with a Submission ID, which autogenerates after the user submits a specific form. So, comparing the ID with other forms may differ since it is only exclusive to the associated form. If you are trying to match up the Submission IDs to other forms, you can try to apply our Form Prefill, which allows you to populate the fields on form B based on the entries from form A. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
