Hi Joseph,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form on my end using my desktop computer on Google Chrome to see if I can replicate the issue but everything seems to be working correctly. Please check out the screenshot below for my result:
I've cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again using another browser? If the same thing happens again, please let us know together with a screenshot of any error messages you receive when testing it.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Joseph,
I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi Joseph,
It seems you're having an issue with the internet connection or the device's security settings. I recommend you do these troubleshooting steps. Let us know if the problem still persists.
- Restart your Internet Connection - Usually, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) will tell you to unplug the power cable from your router and allow it a minute before plugging it back in. Wait for your internet connection to restart after it's been turned back on, then try to access the page again.
- Disable your Antivirus and Firewall - There may be a different way to disable the built-in firewall depending on the OS you're using. It should instantly activate it if it doesn't work. Here are the guides: Disable the Windows firewall and Disable the Firewall in macOS.
- Clear your browser's cache - Clear Cache-Google Chrome, Clear Cache-Mozilla Firefox
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
