    Hi Joseph,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form on my end using my desktop computer on Google Chrome to see if I can replicate the issue but everything seems to be working correctly. Please check out the screenshot below for my result:

I've cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again using another browser? If the same thing happens again, please let us know together with a screenshot of any error messages you receive when testing it.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any help.

    Hi Joseph,

I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

    Hi Joseph,

It seems you're having an issue with the internet connection or the device's security settings. I recommend you do these troubleshooting steps. Let us know if the problem still persists.

    1. Restart your Internet Connection - Usually, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) will tell you to unplug the power cable from your router and allow it a minute before plugging it back in. Wait for your internet connection to restart after it's been turned back on, then try to access the page again.
    2. Disable your Antivirus and Firewall - There may be a different way to disable the built-in firewall depending on the OS you're using. It should instantly activate it if it doesn't work. Here are the guides: Disable the Windows firewall and Disable the Firewall in macOS.
    3. Clear your browser's cache - Clear Cache-Google ChromeClear Cache-Mozilla Firefox

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
