Guest Account: Can't log after the password reset

    Hi Kata,

    Thanks for using Jotform. Based on our logs, you requested a password reset for the account associated with the email address you used in creating this ticket, which is under a Guest account. Please note that we allow only one-time login for guest accounts. This is the reason you are not receiving emails to reset your password. You can still use your current email address by signing up to Jotform using this link.
