Jotform Branding: Can it display again after downgrading on downloaded fillable PDF?

Hi there,

I was wanting to upgrade as I would like to create a single editable PDF document for my business but it has branding. I was wondering if I bought a one month subscription and downloaded it without the branding, if i then cancelled that subscription would the branding pop back up on the PDF? Or not because i've already downloaded the PDF to my computor.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I'm unable to find any Jotform logos in the downloaded fillable PDF. It's easy to remove the Jotform Branding from your form. It's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile application, so let me show you how to do it on your computer:

1. Open your My Forms page and hover your mouse over your Profile Picture/Avatar on the right side of the page.

2. In the little window that opens up, click on Settings at the bottom.

3. On the Account Settings page that opens, scroll down a little to the Jotform Branding section and uncheck the box next to it.

Thank you for answering my question. I’m sorry I didn’t explain it very well, I haven’t bought the upgrade to my account yet as I was wondering if anything would change after i cancel my subscription.

I currently have the free Jotform account, therefore i’m unable to turn off the ‘show powered by jotform on my forms’. My question is, once I do upgrade so I can turn off the branding, and I save that form to my computer or email it to somebody (now without the branding), will the branding be put back on that saved PDF if i cancel my subscription? I know it’s a bit of a confusing question, i more just trying to see if Jotform has the power to rebrand something that i already saved to my computer if i cancel my subscription.

Yes, if you saved your fillable PDF to your device, the branding will not appear after you downgrade your subscription.
