1. How can we check the customer details after they placed order?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can view customer details that they submitted on your form on the Jotform Tables page. Let me show you how:

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

• This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

For example: one customer purchase different product, when they come to our store and pick it up, how we accurate check this customer had placed how many orders?

Hi Calvin,

You can create an Autoresponder email to your form which will send an email confirmation to the submitter of your form, your customers will get emails about their purchases after they fill out the form. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add an Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
