Invalid API Key provided after verifying bank in Stipe ACH

    I have entered the two small amounts that were deposited into my account and get this message Invalid API Key provided.

    Hi Kimberly,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, you're trying to verify your bank account in Stripe ACH, but after giving out the correct deposits and clicking verify, it returned an API key error. Can you share a screenshot of the API error for us to check? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

    Can you also try to open the URL in another web browser and try again?
