Hi team,
I have a form that the leader will complete, and this person can decide to send it to another person to finish.
Basically, a project has X people, and each of them needs to contribute in the form.
Is there a way of asking for an email, and, if the email is provided, can I send the form to this person too?
Appreciate the help!

Hi Aline,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Yes, this is possible. What will happen is, the leader will enter the email address in the form. That email address will receive an email when the form is submitted. Person A will can resubmit the form using the edit link in the email. I can walk you through setting that up:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, search for Get Form page URL. Drag and drop the widget to your form.
- While in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder email and click on the Pencil icon.
- Under the Email tab, click on Form Fields and then select Edit Link from the menu.
- Lastly, click on Save.
Now, finally, let's set up the Show/Hide Field condition:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Select Show/Hide Field from the options.
- Set the condition just like what you see in the screenshot below:
- Finally, click on Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

In my form I have the email field:
"Enter email to send to someone else"
So after the first person submits the form, that second person receives the email with the link to edit.
Is there a way for this second person to edit the form, and change the email in the "Enter the email to send to someone else" field and then send it to the third person?
Because even if the person edits this field and submits, the email is not sent again.

Correction... I saw that you have the option to trigger the email when it is edited.
But is there a way to clear the field when using edit link?

Hi Aline,
Please note that the autoresponder email template will not work when editing the submission. If you want to send the form again to the third person and let them edit it, you'll need to create another email field associated with the change email recipient condition to trigger the autoresponder email again. Here's an example condition:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
