Respondent did not receive the autoresponder email

    This is the form I am setting up

    Southlake Garba Celebrations 2024 (jotform.com)

    I setup Auto responder Email , but still the submitter does not receive email after submission.

    Sender does receive the submission notification.

    Hi Kavita,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form, but couldn't replicate the issue. I was able to receive the autoresponder email. Check out my screenshot below:
