Assign form

How do I have multiple users on my certificate? I want the other electricians operating under my licence to access the app and fill out the form, send it to me and I will approve it then forward it on to the customer.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To my understanding, you want the Electrician to fill out the form for the customer. Is that correct?

If yes, you can assign the form to your Electricians. In this way, they can fill out the forms for the customer.

1. In the Form Builder, go to the Publish section.
2. Select the Assign Form tab on the left.

1. Copy and send the provided link to your assignees. Or use the email field to send invitations with permissions.
