How to make E- membership card?

To whom it may concern:

I like to create electrical membership card.  Every time the members fill out the form and pay online.   They should receive E membership card automatic along with thank you for supporting FASLTA message.  Can JotForm have this design that I would appreciate it very much?????

To send the membership card immediately after a payment is made and the form is filled, set up an Autoresponder that is sent out immediately after the user has filled a form.

Depending on the Payment Integrator you will be using you can set it up in Jotform so users pay online.
