How do the Sign Document limit works?

With the Free Starter plan, I read that the signed document limit is 100. Is that per month or per form or per account? If it is per account, do archived/deleted submissions create more space or once I hit 100, we will need to purchase a paid plan to continue using signatures?

    Hi Tiffany,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Sign Document limit is the total number of signing processes completed, from all your Sign documents and forms with enabled Jotform sign automation which your account can have every month. This means that the limit only resets every month. You can check your account usage to see on which day of the month your account's monthly limits reset. If you reach your Sign document limit for a month, you'll need to upgrade your account with a higher limit to continue using the feature. To understand your account usage and limits, please check this guide.
