Hi All,
I am processing form submissions via a webhook and all is going well except in one case where I need to know the timestamp (preferably in their local timezone) of when the user submitted the form.
If it possible to find this information from the data that is submissted via a webhook? I have looked at the data that is submitted to the webhook but can't easily spot where it might be located.
Thanks
Gordon

Hi Gordon,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can get the form user's submission date and time in their time zone with other details using the Get Visitor Location widget. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, search for the Get Visitor Location widget and add it to your form.
- Select the details you are looking to collect.
- Then, click on Update Widget.
Here's what the result will look like:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Afzal,
That look exactly like what I need! I'll get the form designers to add that to the page and will then see how we go reading it in the webhook - does not look too bad.
Thanks
Gordon
