How to share score with customers?

Hello,
We are integrating the condition for scoring where if they score an x amount of points then they will be notified of a custom message. How can we & they receive the score number? This would be for the "Chess Skill Assessment" jotform. Thank you!

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the form calculation widget wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Score field then select the Wan icon or Widget Settings.
2. The Form calculation widget will open, go to the end part then delete the + sign.
3. Once deleted, click on save.

I noticed that you set up conditions, we need to insert the score field to your Custom Thank you page. Let me show you how:

• Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Score field then select the Conditions Icon.

• Hover over your cursor to the condition then Click on the edit icon.

• On your custom Thank you page, Click on Form Fields.
• Select Score on the menu.
• Then click save.
