collecting rsvps for multiple events during one Festival

Hi, we are curious if Jotform offers a way to collect rsvps from viewers for multiple events that happen during a multiple day festival/market?

So for example, during Indian Market in Santa Fe our gallery will have multiple presentations and artist receptions happening at different times throughout the 4 days of the market. We'd love to be able to have a recipient/viewer rsvp for whichever events they'll be attending at our gallery during those 4 days so we can have all the rsvps in one place.

So if we can out a mailer with one qr code or link to our form they can enter their name/email and check boxes of the events that interest them.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use our RSVP form template to collect RSVP submissions. There is actually a QR code that is generated for every form created here in Jotform where your users can scan the QR code, and it will open the form on their device browser. You can get the QR code of the form in the Publish tab of the form. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder on the orange navigation bar, click on Publish.
• Go to the Quick Share tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
• Under Share Form select Download QR Code.

A QR code will be generated. You can then download it to your device (to display on a screen or a printout), or embed it directly into a web page using the HTML code provided.

We also have a QR Code Reader widget to allow users to scan QR codes through your form.You can create static and dynamic QR codes and add a QR code reader. Click here to see all the available options.
