Logging in problems

    Having trouble logging in with password. Have already setup a new password, but is not accepted when logging in.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address used in this request and this belongs to a Guest account. Some ways I can help you move forward:

    1. Is there a different email address associated with your account? Either yours or for other users?
    2. Are there any elements (periods, underscores) that are missing from this formatting of this email?
    3. Do you have the URL link to a form that you have used? 
    4. If you use a paid account, do you have any billing information where you can find the Account number? Or can you provide me with additional information associated with your billing, that might help us find your account information?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
