    Hi NationalGoldGroup,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see you want to know if you can use Jotform Sign with Google Drive. Sure, you can do that. You can add a Signature element (which automatically enables Jotform Sign) to your form and integrate it with Google Drive. This way you can send signed documents to Google Drive. It's easy. Let me show you how (with my example form):

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left.Connect Jotform Sign with Shared Google Drive? Image 1 Screenshot 70
    2. Click on the Signature element on the left panel under Form Elements.Connect Jotform Sign with Shared Google Drive? Image 2 Screenshot 81
    3. Now, click on SETTINGS at the top center of the page. Then click INTEGRATIONS on the left menu. Here, click on Google Drive.Connect Jotform Sign with Shared Google Drive? Image 3 Screenshot 92
    4. Click on Authenticate.Connect Jotform Sign with Shared Google Drive? Image 4 Screenshot 103
    5. Sign into your Google account. Then click on Add Action.Connect Jotform Sign with Shared Google Drive? Image 5 Screenshot 114

Right, but there's no way to connected it a Shared Drive in Google Drive, just the root 'My Drive' of the user, correct?

    Hi NationalGoldGroup,

Unfortunately, we cannot integrate Google Drive into your form using a Shared Drive because, during the integration process, you need to log in to your account. As a workaround, you can log in to the Google account you want to integrate with Jotform instead of using the Shared Drive link. We also have a guide about How to Integrate Your Form With Google Drive that you can check out.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.

I have a set of files and I want to upload the files to them according to each type, for example: when I am in the permits icon, the file must reach the permits folder and so on.

    Hi NationalGoldGroup,

Please note that after successfully integrating Google Drive into your form, a newly generated Google Drive link will be created. Also, it's not possible to save the file to a specific folder in Google Drive based on the selected options in your form.
