How to allow users to view their own submissions only?

I know how to share the table but I don't want the user's to be able to view other user's submissions. Is there a way to filter it out so they can only see their own? This form would be used weekly.

    Hi Juniper,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. If you share your submission table with a user, all its data will be accessible by the collaborator. However, you can add the user as a form assignee instead. In that way, they will have an option on their account to access your form's Sentbox where they can view their own submissions only. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Click on Assign Form on the left side of the page.
    3. Add the assignee's email address. How to allow users to view their own submissions only? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Change the access settings to Submit & View Later. How to allow users to view their own submissions only? Image 2 Screenshot 51

The user can access the assigned form from his/her Jotform home page where he/she can fill it out again and view his/her own submissions. Here's how the assignee can access the form from his/her account:

    1. Click on the Assigned Forms on the left side of the page.
    2. Hover the mouse over the right side of the form and select View Submissions.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
