Email field not showing in excel file

    There is a place on the form for their email address but when I put it in excel that does not show up

    Hi Tammy,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. I tried to make a sample submission and downloaded it into excel file and the email field does show up. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    When viewing the submission in tables, before downloading can you check if the Email field under column is checked? You can view your submissions on the Jotform Tables page in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

    • This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.

    • Click on Columns and make sure that Email is checked.
