Hi,
I don't understand the "invitation" system. I created an invoice form and have shared the link with several people, but the system shows this message:
"You’ve reached your invitation limit. You can only invite 10 people. To add more, please upgrade your account." What does that mean?
According to your website, the Starter plan has the following features:
Current
5 Forms
Form Limit
100
Monthly Submissions
1 User
per Team
I am the only user, I have not had close to 100 invoices submitted, and I'm only using the invoice form. Can someone please help me understand?

Hi Claudia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The invitation limit and the monthly submissions limit are two different limits. Monthly Submissions Limit is the number of submissions you can receive on a monthly basis.
As for the email invitation limit, free accounts can send 10 email invitations daily. This limit resets every 24 hours. Therefore, you can't assign more than 10 people to fill out your form in one day. You can check the Pricing page to upgrade your account if you wish to assign more than 10 people to your form.
You can also set your form as Public so that everyone with the link will be able to access the form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click the Publish tab.
- Click on Gear icon at the top-right of the form’s direct URL.
- Under the Access Settings option, select Public Form.
Now let me show you how to copy your form URL:
- In Form Builder, click the Publish button.
- Click on the Copy Link button to copy your form URL. That's it.
Now, everyone with the form's link will be able to access the form and fill it out without having to send invitations.

Let me see if I understood this correctly. Under the current plan, if I set
the form to be "Public" and share the link with the interpreters, I can
receive up to 100 "submissions" per month from them without having to grant
access every time. Correct?
