Having Issues Tracking Form submissions using Google ADs/GA4

We are having issues tracking our jotforms on Google ADs/GA4. We followed the steps on setting up tags & triggers - everything on this topic https://www.jotform.com/help/1076-how-to-track-online-form-submissions-using-google-analytics/

We cant track or distinguish the forms .

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please share with us the issue(s) you encountered while setting this up? Also, did you consider the note before starting? It says that the setup only works on forms added to a website using the form’s source code. This means that if your form was embedded using iframe embed method, it will not work.

Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? It would also help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
