Why am I not receiving autoresponder email?

    I am wondering why I am not receiving an email after I fill out a form?

    Hi HopeFront_Church,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you set up an Autoresponder Email, anyone who filled up a form will receive an email after filling up the form. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add an Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email.
    5. Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
