Hello,
I just got my account upgraded to have unlimited space, but it still is telling me that I put of storage space. Can I please get some assistance to get my account with the unlimited space please?

Hello Josue,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, it shows that your account is still in Starter Plan (Free) and you have already reached your upload limit. It is really easy to upgrade your account. Let me show you how:
- Click the Pricing Page in the upper right part of the screen.
- In the pricing page, you can see the price and features of our available plans. Click the plan that you want.
- A pop-up window will appear to let you choose your Payment Schedule and Payment Method.
- Click "I agree to the terms and services".
- Click Continue and follow the instructions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
- Click the Pricing Page in the upper right part of the screen.

Hello,
The account that got upgraded is under the username of JChavez. But this account and the user name JChavez is under the same email. Can you merge them?

Hi Josue,
I've looked into the username you provided, and it seems that the account is currently dormant, which indicates that it has not been activated. Also, it's not possible for two different accounts to share the same email address.
Please provide us with the following information so we can find your upgraded account:
- Amount charged
- Transaction date
- Last four digits
- Expiration date
- Type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
As soon as we have this information, we'll be able to help you further.
