    Hello, I work for NYU Langone Health, and my doctor, Alan Dayan, wants to know how long it would take to build & integrate a custom calendar for our new website with full HIPPA compliance, 8 different forms, (new & returning x 4 different types of patients), at your SILVER package.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don't have exact time on how long does it take to build as it depends on what are the things you're trying to achieve. But, integrating Google Calendar can be done in a few minutes. We do have Google Calendar Integration. It's easy to do, let me show you how:

    • In the Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
    • Select Integrations on the left.
    • Search and select Google Calendar.

    • Select Authenticate and connect your Google Calendar account.

    • Then, select all the required permissions, then select Continue at the bottom.

    • Next, choose your desired calendar. Or choose one of your dropdown or single-choice fields to set the calendar dynamically — the options in those fields should have the same names as your calendars.
    • Once you’re done, select Save at the bottom.

    That's it. A Google Calendar event will be created every time you get a form submission.

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Support on the top-right side of the dark-blue navigation bar at the top of your screen.

    You can also:

    1. Add the link to your form or to the website that you embedded the form into by pasting that into the box under the Add a Link section.
    2. Click on Choose File under the Upload a Screenshot section to upload a screenshot of the issue. 
    3. Tick Make Private to prevent other users from seeing your question or answer. We recommend that you tick it if the content includes sensitive information. If not, you can leave it unticked so other Jotform users can benefit from the answer.
