Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to do this in a single form. What I can suggest is to make two forms to process this. The first form will take the partial deposit from the customer. After submitting the form, the customer will get a link to the second form via the Thank You page. When the customer needs to complete the payment, they can access the second form from the link where you can have the customer fill it out and make the full payment.
