Hi - I have cloned a past form and thought I updated everything to change to a new form / name. However, when I send the link it is still showing an outdated preview of the old form name. Can you help?

Hi Rocio,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and it seems Page Title and Page URL Title both have been changed and updated. Can you send me a screenshot of what's happening so I can check? Check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum. See screenshot below showing that Page Title and Page URL Title have been updated:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Check out our guide on how to Change the Page Title of Your Form.
Reach out again if you need any more help.

You are correct, I've updated both those items. So I am wondering why when I send it to someone the preview shows an incorrect name -

Hi rociodorourke,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cleared your form cache. Clearing form cache is one of the ways to troubleshoot or refresh your forms. It won’t cause you to lose any data, and it’s safe and easy to perform. Can you check if that resolves the issue? Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. That's it, you're done.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
