When I send a form to a customer, it asks them to sign in or create an account. Is there a way where the customer does not have to do that?

Hi Natasha,
It seems you are sharing your form through the Invite by email feature. If you are using that, it will require your form fillers to sign in or sign up to access the form. Take a look at the screenshot below:
I suggest copying the link and sharing it directly with your form fillers so they can access it without creating an account or signing in. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- Under Share with link, click on copy link.
Another option is to share the link using the Share on Email Feature. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
- Click Email on the left panel.
- Under the Email form, select Share on Email.
On the next page, you can edit the content and add recipients.
Your form fillers will receive this email.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

The form automatically gets sent to a customer via Zapier with prefilled values. I’m not sending it to them directly.

Hello freeyourlyfe,
If you are using Zapier and inviting users through email, then it would require a login. The only way to invite your form user to fill out the form without requiring them to sign up or login to Jotform is via share link. If you wish to prepopulate values through URL, here's a guide to help you with that.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I’ve already pre populated the fields. What about the jot form sign? Does that work with Zapier?

Hello freeyourlyfe,
Yes, you can send a Signed Document through Zapier. We have a guide here on How to Use Zapier With Jotform for more details.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, please explain a bit more so I can help you better.

Also it shows the public form ID on Zapier and the URL. Does that mean since it was emailed, it won’t work?

Hi freeyourlyfe,
It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
