Which will be the sutaible plan for me?

I'm moving from Glide to Jotform. I'm a University professor who will create an app that will be used to gather data from my class during a 2-week assignment. I will have 132 students who will record data in the mobile app 10 times a day over a 12-day period for a total of about 16,000 lines of data.

1. Which plan is best and most economical for me with this use requirement?
2. Can I move the plan back to the free version after this year's assignment to hold my app until the following year when I'll do this same project again?

Do note that there are different limits such as signing features, and the allowed submission on each plan. Since, I'm unable to see your app and I can't advise you on which will be the most suitable plan. However, if you are going to get more than 10,000 submission in the 2 weeks time then you will need Enterprise plan where you can get the unlimited usage.
