Reminder Email not working

    Good afternoon - I have 36 forms that are setup to auto generate a reminder email every Monday. I have heard from 3 separate people that they did not receive their auto generated email reminder.


    The recipients are from -


    Hartwood - Weekly Practice Operations Form

    Tri-state Vet Hospital - Weekly Operations Form

    Lillington - Weekly Operations Form


    Is there a way to verify that the emails were sent?

    Hi Joanna, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To confirm, is it happening on all of your form or just on specific forms? If it's not happening on all of your forms, can you list down which forms the Reminder Emails are not working aside from those you indicated? For the emails, what I can recommend is viewing your form email history. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar and click on Settings.

    1. In the list that pops up, scroll down and click on History.
    2. In the All Actions dropdown menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Emails.
    3. Click on the New Window icon on the left side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

    These logs seem to be for the notification emails, not the reminder emails.

    Hi Joanna, 

    When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.

    I have had the same issue, no one in my team has received reminder emails all week. (they get them daily from one form)

    was there any answers on this?

    None of my reminder emails are working either. And where is says next email in: when it gets down to a few minutes the time starts going back up instead of continuing counting down and sending the email.
