Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Can you also take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Hello rabbishaffren,
You can stop the system from requiring you to login to view uploaded files in your submission. Let me show you how:
- Login to your Jotform Account.
- Click your Avatar and open Settings.
- Under the Security Tab, uncheck the box for the Require Login to View Uploaded Files under the Privacy section
That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
