How do I turn off digest emails?

    I'm still receiving digest emails on a turned off form. Please advise how to turn off this feature.

    Hi JJ,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the email notification when someone submits your form? If so, you can disable it by removing your email from the email recipient and add a dummy one. Or you can also delete the email notification itself. Let me show you how to do that:

    To change the email recipient:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
    4. Then, under the Recipients tab, just remove the existing one and enter a new email address. How do I turn off digest emails? Image 1 Screenshot 30

    To delete the notification:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
