How to contact the form owner

I am here to write in to get refund of $8.90 which I paid for. 8 Jun 2024 when I start my trip with gets go and there is car park fees of $8.90 and I contact to gets go and agent told me to pay first.

This form is to request to refund the amount which I paid for.
