Can Jotform do autorenewal?

    Is our school account set up for auto renewal or can we get a renewal notification? I manage our account and will be leaving my position and want to make sure the service is not interrupted.

    Hi James,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, Jotform's plans do auto-renew by default. This means that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you manually cancel it or there will be an issue with the payment method. You can find more information about auto-renewal policy on Jotform's Terms of Use page.

    We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have additional questions, you can post it on this thread. As for your concern, could you provide us with more details? As mentioned previously by my colleague, your subscription plan will automatically renew when it expires using your existing Payment Method, which you can check on this page.

    I need to change the account or cancel the account so that others will have access instead of me. How do I do this?

    Hi Dorothea,

    It appears that your username was changed. I checked your account and you have an SIlver yearly subscription. Our standard plans are for single users and do not offer the option to add another user or share your account with others. Only Enterprise plan users have the ability to add additional users to their account.

    As a workaround, you can utilize our Form Collaboration feature to allow other users to edit your form. You can share the collaboration URL of your form with other users, but this URL expires in 72 hours. Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. On the top right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
    2. In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and you're done.

    You can also share your Tables with other users. We have a Share button on the right side of the Jotform Tables page that you can use. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.

    2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:

    • Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
    • Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.

    3. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.
