Embedded form no longer appearing on our website.

    We have created four or five forms now that I can still see in our account. I can get to them and use them fine via JotForm, but I provided them to our web designer, who had them embedded on our site last week, but they are no longer appear to be available on our hosted site.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the embedded form from your website and everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you tell me if the embedded form shows any error or unable to submit it? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here. In the meantime, can you try to re-embed your form using the Iframe code method? This is designed to work on any web page. If you choose to use iframe code, allow me to explain how to get the code to you:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    2. On the left, click Embed.
    3. Choose Iframe embed from the menu.

    4. Lastly, click the Copy Code button to copy the code.
