Suspended account due to a form flagged as fake service

I am user of Jotform. And This is one of my favourite app. Please Reactivate my account

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Opt-In Form-Get Free Email Updates! that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with this.

Sorry, it may have been created by mistake, I was creating a project but my friend done it from somewhere else, so I just created and published the form and left it abounded. I will remove it as soon my account recover. Please recover my account I will remove that form As Fast I can. Please reactivate my account dwivedianubhav354@gmail.com.

Thank you for your response and I will always use JOTFORM for form and app
building. If you want a recommendation from me then it is you can make a
new function named "Jotform Sites" and there free plan users can make a
website and then add money and membership options. I would recommend to
always have a option to free planer users to make 4 websites in free....
