    Hi Levi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create a Online Form via the Form Builder and then download your submission data as a PDF file using a PDF Document which you can customize via the PDF Editor page. Here's how to do it:

How to Create a Web Form:

    1. In My Forms, on the left side of the screen, click on Create Form.

    2. Select Start From Scratch.

    3. Select your preferred form type.

How to access the PDF Editor page.

    1. In Form Builder, on the upper left side of the screen, click on the downward arrow icon.

    2. Click on PDF Editor.

If you have an existing PDF file that you would like to use when downloading submission data as PDF, you can create a Smart PDF Form by uploading a PDF file. Here's how to do it:

    1. In My Forms, on the left side of the screen, click on Create Form.

    2. Select Import Form.

    3. Select Import PDF Form.

    4. Click on Upload Document and select your PDF file.
